S1. E7. Finding Your Worth: Honest Conversation with Aastha on Time, Gratitude, Boundaries, and Mental Health Maintenance

My guest today is Aastha. Aastha is the COO of Advica, a virtual healthcare company, where she has been for nearly a decade after starting as a summer student. She is passionate about mental health, particularly the connection between physical and mental well-being for women. What I admire most about Aastha (among many) is her ability to rewrite limiting narratives about herself while maintaining genuine curiosity about human behavior and health.

Some key takeaways from our chat include:

  • Creating and practicing healthy boundaries is important to find our identity and protect our priorities.

  • Our time has value - we want to acknowledge it and calculate it.

  • Preventative mental healthcare works—regular therapy as maintenance, not just crisis intervention.

I appreciate today's conversation so much because of how honestly Aastha shared her journey of personal growth and the transformation she has gone through. I very much enjoyed our conversation and hope you enjoy it as well.
